Yes — we travel across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba. A travel fee applies based on the location and distance.

  • Staff are recommended for groups over 15 guests or for individual plated service.
  • Each staff member is booked with a minimum service of 4 hours.

Yes. We take dietary requirements seriously and make sure all guests feel included. After booking, we’ll send you a form to gather:

Yes — we offer full tableware hire:

  • Plates, cutlery, serving dishes
  • Glassware (water, wine, champagne)

We specialise in shared-style menus — perfect for creating a warm, social atmosphere at the table.

  • For groups over 10 guests, we strongly recommend shared-style service for flow, timing, and quality.
  • For small groups under 10 people, individually plated service is available and not a problem.

If you prefer individual plating for a larger group, we recommend adding staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Yes — we can prepare child-friendly meals, whether it’s pasta, chicken and chips, or something more refined for young foodies. Just let us know the number and ages of children in your booking.

We suggest booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or holiday periods.

We may accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability — feel free to ask!

Prices vary depending on the chosen menu, number of guests, location, and staff required.

Here’s a general guide:

  • Private chef menus: $100–$180 per person
  • BBQ / Canapés / Grazing-style: $75–$ 90 per person
  • Travel, staff, and equipment hire are quoted separately.

We’re happy to work within your budget and make tailored suggestions.

Every private chef booking includes:

    • ✅ Full ingredient supply — fresh, high-quality produce and proteins
    • 👨‍🍳 Chef service — on-site cooking and presentation by Chef Adel
    • 🧼 Clean-up after service — we leave your kitchen spotless

 

Additional services such as waitstaff, tableware hire, or bartenders can be added upon request.

We understand things change. Here’s how our cancellation works:

  • 14+ days before the event: Deposit is refundable minus admin fee
  • Less than 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Less than 72 hours: Up to 100% of the total may be charged, depending on costs already incurred
