CHEF ADEL
Adel Samie has enjoyed a rich and diverse career as a chef spanning more than two decades. His culinary journey began in his hometown of Milan, Italy, where he honed his skills before embarking on an adventurous move to Thailand, where him and a friend opened an Italian restaurant in Koh Tao. For five years, he worked on the beach providing tourists a taste of Italy. Moving to Melbourne, Australia in 2008, Adel had the privilege of immersing himself more in the art of taking Authentic Italian into a new modern scene, working in some of the city's finest Italian restaurants.

In 2018, Adel relocated to Queensland, where he continued to showcase his culinary expertise as a chef at one of the region's top wineries. It was in this setting that he found the inspiration and passion to launch himself as a private chef.

Adel brings not only a wealth of experience but also an infectious enthusiasm to the table. His dedication to crafting a dining experience like no other is sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone at the table.
